Fairmont Palliser exceptional customer service!!!
We have stayed at the Fairmont Palliser for over a decade. The last couple of stays were particularly memorable. Exceptional customer service, particularly from manager, Dennis Vincent. He made us feel so appreciated as Club Accor Diamond members. Great attention to detail as well from Neha who went above & beyond for us. Our family has a longstanding history with the Palliser. Both Dennis & Neha continued to make our stays very memorable. We will be back for years to come.

Great stay

Beautiful and historic hotel in a very walkable part of the city (and next to the Calgary Tower). Lovely spa in the basement. Excellent in-room dining. Staying at Fairmont properties in Canada is always a special experience (since Fairmont is a Canadian chain).
