Highly recommend!
Went with work friends and our spouses for a conference and the hotel is magical! Best location in old town Edinburgh. Everyone was so nice. Views from the terrace were amazing. Beds are comfy. Alex at the commons club bar was great! Really enjoyed the stay.

Best hotel in Edinburgh
Great hotel in a fabulous location. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooftop terrace was absolutely amazing. Food in restaurant was excellent and the bar in restaurant was very nice. If you are staying in Edinburgh I highly recommend this hotel.

Bar staff attitude was awful
We went to the bar to get drinks quickly to sit outside on rooftop. It was supposed to be £48 but it’s £54 instead with service tip - which is £6. Bar staff gave me an awful attitude, and it had me feeling uncomfortable. Didn’t feel like she deserved a tip to be honest. Because she was talking to another staff and in the huff about me. Not acceptable at all. I’m not coming back again.

Wonderful hotel
Great experience in a wonderful setting. Unique design made it even nicer. Staff was very friendly & helpful and made our stay in Edenburgh so much better. Breakfast was great with a large selection of items, including cooked to order omlettes. Dinner at Eve restaurant was the best meal we had in town!

Exceeded expectations as usual, Staff are friendly and helpful to the maximum.. welling to help with any requirements, check in and out is very smooth and quick .. location of the hotel is fabulous at Victoria street.. which is very close to all attractions..
