Its Carlsbad address makes the resort easily accessible from San Diego or La Jolla, and a simple two-hour drive from Los Angeles. Starting with its accommodations, La Costa Resort and Spa exceeds the standard of luxury, offering guests a lush ambiance, spacious layouts, richly appointed furnishings, and oversize marble spa showers. Take in views of the courtyard, gardens, or fairways from your private terrace, accessed through window-paneled doors that let the sunshine in and bring the comfort right outdoors. Spend some time exploring the grounds of this magnificent property when you arrive, walking its floral-lined pathways, gazing over its verdant greens, and discovering the many facilities - from The Plaza Shops to the Chopra Center for yoga and meditation, and the multiple shimmering outdoor pools.

The customer service at this property was the best I have ever experienced. The staff is always trying to make sure stay the best it can be. The rooms were nice and clean and the property was in a nice location. Would absolutely stay here again the next time I am in the areas.

if you’re anything other than white, don’t expect a warm welcome. stayed there last week with my family, was treated like I wandered into the wrong place! stood there waiting for service for minutes as new families immediately got welcomed and served!

Hotel grounds and amenities were fine - clean property and rooms. However there were consistent inaccuracies and inconveniences upon check out with the portfolio and final charges. This trip was booked with AMEX and part of the hotel collection, was due certain benefits, however they were inaccurately discussed upon check in and was charged extra amounts. Had to contact front desk at least 4 times to correct their mistakes. Don't feel the inconvenience is worth it for booking again.

If you get a deluxe villa, avoid room 6532 the balcony faces the parking lot and is above the sound wall for the busiest road in the area so there is excessive road noise. The other deluxe villas have much better garden views and are much quieter. The room itself is quite nice and spacious, and the grounds are delightful.

We recently stayed at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa for a family getaway, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed. Our room was absolutely incredible and had our whole family saying "wow" when we walked in. The resort itself is beautiful, with gorgeous grounds, plenty of space to explore, and so many activities that kept all three of us entertained. The dining was excellent throughout our stay. Dinner at VUE was outstanding and easily one of the best meals we've had in a long time. The service was attentive, friendly, and made every meal feel special. Another standout experience was the pickleball lesson my husband and daughter took together. Their instructor was patient, encouraging, and made learning the sport so much fun. I treated myself to a spa visit, which was the perfect opportunity to relax and recharge. We left feeling refreshed, connected, and already talking about when we can come back. If you're looking for a Southern California resort that offers something for everyone Omni La Costa is absolutely worth the visit.

Used the Edge adult pool for the first time. This really made the trip. I loved the view, the seating, the pool and the number of jacuzzis.
