The place was very friendly staff and other visitors! Nice place lots of walking though! We enjoyed and will probably ne back to visit! We will definitely be back! Peaceful place for 32nd wedding anniversary! Enjoyed eating at couple restaurants

Best first impression ever! My husband and I celebrated our 31st anniversary and the hotel was absolutely perfect. We parked on Friday and didn't get back in our car until Sunday. The service was exceptional starting with valet to the front desk staff to the folks who drove us around all weekend. We even enjoyed the "trolley on the tracks" to visit West Badin. Even though the rain was relentless on Friday, weather cleared up for us to tour the horse barn and walk around the beautiful grounds. A hidden gem just hours from Cincinnati, and the drive was well worth it!!! Thanks for a great anniversary and the excellent service!!!

This is the most beautiful, peaceful and relaxing place for us. We go several times throughout the year. Not too far from home in Tennessee either! Always like a step back in time. We enjoy the casino as well.

Luxury price at a mediocre hotel. Quality and service of the food and staff were under par. It is a historic hotel. It does have nice pools, but don’t expect more than that. It’s very conservative and not a fun buzzing place to go to. The spa staff were nice and congenial at least. Restaurant quality was very poor, considering they are a 4-5 star. Breakfast is not included by the way.

You can’t go wrong with staying at this historical resort from the truffles at the signature shop to the 1875 restaurant. The boutique shops for men and women have very nice items and are great for birthdays. For a great place to get a cold beer and food is at the Power House Pub. We have not met a more helpful and welcoming staff. My Wife and I will return for our special occasions
