Beautiful hotel in a very good location. Very convenient for visiting the Alhambra. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Appreciated the valet parking. We booked one suite for 2 nights - very spacious. Great views from the hotel generally- this does mean that you are high above the town so the walk up can be difficult for some although there are buses and taxis if needed. Very good selection for breakfast. Dinner was excellent as well.

The property itself is beautifully located, but the service consistency does not match a 5-star standard. There was an accounting error where our prepaid room was accidentally charged again, which we had to correct upon check in, we should not have to audit our own receipts. Additionally, the front desk told us we had a 20% F&B credit, but when we went for breakfast the host informed us it wasn't valid. Once seated, the host handed us the bill just 15 minutes into our buffet meal, making us feel incredibly rushed. The hotel needs better internal communication and training.

Hotel is beautiful. Stayed 2 nights. On second night, another guest entered our room at 1 AM and staff did not take it seriously. Assumed we left door open (seriously) but said they would see why other key worked in our door! Very frightening. The lack of concern by the staff was as frightening. Also upon checkout they wouldn’t honor 20% discount on dinner. Said we ate at wrong place in restaurant! On the terrace instead in inside which was where they sat us!

Have been to the terrace for lunch. I have to say the toast was not tasty at all, the chips that came with it cold and I think maybe from the day before. They brought new once , at least they were tasty but far away from good. I ordered a lobster soup which was okay but no lobster was seen. I would never recommend this location high price for poor quality. It’s a shame for a five star hotel and I do hope they improve

Just WOW! We chose the king size bedroom, city view room….we were blown away by the incredible views of Granada & the sky scape. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was luxurious. The whole hotel itself, clearly 5 star. We ate in the restaurant twice, a sumptuous dinner, and a delicious breakfast. Couldn’t fault the room, nor the hotel & the service. However, it was extremely expensive, so, we would only stay again for a special occasion. We have since found some equally gorgeous places to stay that we will try, at less than half the price. A highly recommended hotel if you have a high end budget!
