Try it and it will be your new favorite place on St Barths!!!
We stayed in one of their villa's next to the Beach Club. We were there attending a wedding and the villa was absolutely beautiful, thoughtful and very well designed. It had everthing you needed as well as our very professional and exceptional butler, Loïc. He did an amazing job attending to our every need. The housekeeper was also exceptional, friendly and impeccable in her duties. The location couldn't be better as we easily walked to La Guerite and Nikki Beach Club. It is now my favorite place to stay on St Barths.

Gyp Sea Bliss!
The Gyp Sea hotel high up in Colombier is such an elegant experience my wife and I cannot wait to return. It’s a special property now fortunately in the caring hands of the Sibuet family. The thoughtful staff delivers wonderful service, delicious food, and a perfectly peaceful atmosphere. Merci Gyp Sea!!

Amazing Hotel from the kind greetings at my arrival, to be in such a warm a beautiful setting of such a quaint and stylish amazing place. Gosh the hospitality and Beauty and food and spirits are wonderful. I love this Hotel, so warm and inviting. The way it is run, it is spotless and the Staff are so professional and with such a flair of Class and kindness. It is better than any cocktail! And I travel alot, this gem is a true one at that! Beautiful and charming hotel with first class service.
Many thanks to the hotel director for making our stay so special with a welcoming bottle of Moet Chandon for our 29th wedding anniversary celebration. The attention to details is superb. Our room is charming with a spectacular view of St Barth from high above. The Gyp Sea’s free access to the beach club on St. Jean beach next to Nikki beach & Eden Rock hotel is one of the best perks of staying at the Gyp Sea.

We recently enjoyed 6 nights and 7 days in St. Bart's as guests of the Francois Plantation. While St. Bart's is a fantastic French West Indies island, the best part of the trip was the Francois Plantation itself--beautiful rooms with private terraces and luxury bathrooms. Perfect, discrete staff and quiet surroundings with easy access to the beaches and small towns. The restaurant is beautiful, open to an orchid tree with hummingbirds for morning breakfasts and offering a new sophisticated menu for dinner. What a treat. Everything promised was truly delivered.
