There is big room for improvement for the service provided by the front counter. As a traveler, we would to have helpful assistance which is easy access by your staff. Waitress in the restaurant is inexperience in resolving the issue of spiled food onto guest's clothing

A delightful stay at the Cordis!
A very centrally and convenient location of the hotel where everything is only a finger tip away. We had a family reunion with members from 4 continents staying at the hotel as a home away from home. We love the service and people in the hotel. The Swimming Pool and Health Club are a must to visit. The breakfast at The Place is a great place to start our day. Eula in the coffee shop is wonderful and kind.

have stayed at this HOTEL several times. The customer service provided by the front desk during both check-in and check-out was exceptional. They were very helpful, cheerful, and welcoming, which made our stay incredibly enjoyable. Thank you for having such a fantastic team!
