The Outrigger Beachcomber Waikiki was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience felt both upscale and comfortable. The location is phenomenal. You’re right in the middle of Waikiki with easy access to the beach, shopping, and great places to eat. The staff truly made the difference. Yuki was especially attentive to our family’s needs and went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience. That kind of care really stands out. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and it was a great place to relax after long days of adventure. The whole property had a polished, welcoming atmosphere that made our stay even better. The Outrigger Beachcomber is an absolute home run. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oahu. Mahalo for an unforgettable stay!

Great location. Friendly staff especially Carmen at the front desk who was very helpful. The hotel is very centrally located and we'll equipped although the pool and gym are small. Rooms are adequate although the bathroom could have better lighting. Overall a good place to stay.

Zeny was soo nice, professional and friendly. My room is always tidy and fully stocked. Excellent job! Keep it up! I love the atmosphere and the location.

This was my third time staying at the Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber, and it certainly won't be my last. I keep coming back because everything about this hotel makes for an amazing Hawaiian holiday. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Waikiki, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and everything you could possibly need. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained, thanks to the wonderful housekeeping team who do an outstanding job every day. A special thank you to Evelyn from Housekeeping, who went above and beyond to help me locate a pair of denim shorts that I had misplaced during my stay. Her kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help were so appreciated and truly reflect the level of care and hospitality that makes this hotel stand out. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making your stay enjoyable. Their warm hospitality makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Thank you to the entire team for another wonderful stay.
