I had an amazing time during my stay at The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa! From the moment I arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The renovation is absolutely breathtaking, and the beautifully maintained grounds added to the peaceful atmosphere. The Spa was a highlight of my trip—relaxing in the Serenity Garden and using the various amenities was pure bliss. I also received one of the best massages of my life! Special thanks to Audrey, the Spa Director, who went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten allergy while I was there. A huge shoutout to Karen Fuller, the Loyalty Manager, who reached out before our arrival and helped us plan every detail of our visit. She was incredible and made our stay seamless and extra special. Can’t wait to return!

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty (as were the other guests). Our room was clean and beautiful. Every member of the staff that encountered was extremely helpful. The Presidents Lounge was great for evening cocktails. MacKenzie was a great bartender! We were there for my birthday so we tried all of the restaurants on the property and each one was spectacular from the standpoint of quality of food and service. A special thanks to Gil, our waiter at Audubon. He did a wonderful job.

Has lost a lot of it's prestige, not a great destination spot anymore. Food is less than average at best. Rooms are still nice but not worth the price. Been coming here for 10 yrs and each year it gets more expensive. I am not sure who they are catering to but good luck!

This place was just ok. Quite a disappointment actually. No need to return. Staff were nice enough but most had a 'set it and forget it' level of service. Chef at Woody's knowingly served brown avocado, which pretty much says it all. Thankfully we sat down first at the tea as the other 5 tables had to wait forever. Only 1 pot of tea per person at $55 per. Housekeeping never cleared the glasses from our welcome glass of champagne, took 4 hours to fix a toilet issue. It's clear they have staffing issues as the same staff were on every day of our visit, all day long. Loudest room a/c on the planet. $170M renovation? I don't see it. Def take the free history tour and snag free waters from the cooler in the theater lobby. Bingo was fun. We had the theater to ourselves 1 night which was also fun.

Great stay. Lots to do for the kids, but be aware all activities are priced individually! We loved the fishing and food at Jefferson tap room! Janelle at the front desk was amazing and did a wonderful job at check in and check out. The breakfast was a little pricey but food was worth it

This is a great place to go for a weekend getaway. Nestled in the mountains of Virginia, the home of Sam Snead, and they served the best trout in the restaurant.

It's clear why The Homestead has such wonderful reputation and charm. That is evident when you check in at the front desk, where the whole experience starts. We will be back for many visits to come, and appreciate how well the staff is trained to make guests feel so welcome!

My family and I have been visiting The Homestead since about 1977. Our trip this year was without doubt the best. I believe the hotel grounds and facilities are in the best condition I have ever seen. We look forward to returning soon.

Absolutely beautiful! We love to stay when all of the Christmas decorations are all around. Makes for a very special family holiday.

We won an auction for a trip to The Homestead in Hot Springs to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We are just back from our luxury vacation, and it was fabulous. Everyone at the resort was wonderful.

The hotel could not have been nicer and truly did everything possible to make our stay in November wonderful.

We visited The Homestead in July. It was excellent! The suite was absolutely beautiful and the breakfasts were outstanding.

My wife and I spent three wonderful days at The Homestead in Virginia. We enjoyed a beautiful balcony room overlooking the golf course, gourmet meals, a round of golf and even a horse-drawn carriage ride—with champagne—through beautiful forest. The staff was great from the moment we checked in.
