Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres

My husband and I recently stayed at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The resort is absolutely beautiful, impeccably maintained, and offers the perfect balance of luxury and relaxation. The beach is stunning, the pools are gorgeous, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment of our vacation. We upgraded to the Preferred Club, and it was well worth it. The added amenities, exclusive areas, and elevated level of service made our stay even more enjoyable. We also had a wonderful experience at the spa, which was one of the highlights of our trip. The facilities were beautiful, and the treatments left us feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The dining exceeded our expectations. Every meal was delicious, and the hibachi dinner was especially memorable—not only because of the excellent food, but also because of the fun and entertaining experience. A special thank you goes to our personal butlers, Eddy and Angel. They truly elevated our vacation experience. They were attentive, professional, kind, and always available whenever we needed assistance. Whether it was helping with reservations, checking in on us throughout our stay, or making sure every detail was taken care of, they exceeded our expectations. Their genuine hospitality made us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay. From the accommodations and dining to the service and amenities, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. We had a wonderful time and would happily recommend Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

We had a lovely time at Secrets Playa Blanca. We were upgraded to the Preferred club and would definitely recommend that experience if you’re interested. It means you have access to a butler service that helps coordinate your stay while you’re there. Gloria and Miriam provided excellent service and made us feel so welcomed. Freddy at the preferred pool also made us feel so special and offered incredible service during our stay. The resort was beautiful and the amenities were great but it was the people who worked there who made the stay.

We just returned from an amazing stay at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! We were celebrating a milestone 50th birthday with family and friends, and the staff truly made it a memorable experience. A special thank you to Benji, Demi, Jamie, JC, and Hugo for going above and beyond throughout our stay. The butler team was outstanding—always attentive, helpful, and proactive. They helped make the birthday celebration feel extra special and took care of every detail with genuine kindness and professionalism. The pool staff was equally fantastic. They were always available to help us find chairs, keep the food and drinks flowing, clean our sunglasses, and even assist with decorating for our birthday pool party celebration. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made every day by the pool enjoyable and stress-free. The food was delicious, with plenty of restaurant options and consistently great service. Every meal felt like a treat, and there was something for everyone in our group. The resort itself is beautiful, fun, and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and the entire property was well maintained. What stood out most was the warm, friendly atmosphere created by the staff. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt genuinely cared for. We would absolutely recommend Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres to anyone looking for a beautiful resort with exceptional service, great food, and a fun, relaxing atmosphere. this resort is BEAUTIFUL!!! staff was so nice and the breakfast buffet was amazing. I think I ate 30 pieces of that mango in 3 days. We would totally return! it surprisingly also didn't seem super busy - we never had to fight for beach/pool chairs. The only con I will say is that the wedding planning portion was a bit unorganized. The bride's date was double booked and the expectations at the rehearsal ceremony weren't followed through to the ceremony. But the food and views were beautiful, the DJ was great and it was a wonderful night overall. Rehearsal dinner was very nice as well.

Such a awesome, peaceful, fun, relaxing resort. We were first greeted by the doorman Ricardo with a welcome champagne & then great butler service from Leti and Demi. Our experience there was honestly the best. We felt like home and the staff there made sure of that. The food was great, entertainment was great as well especially from Sherline! I would recommend this resort if you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.
