Wonderful location and villa!
We stayed in D302 and it was absolutely beautiful. The indoor / outdoor feeling was great. We loved eating out on the lanai and you actually have a great view of the Marriott Luau! The bedrooms are huge and there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The whole villa is well equipped. The pool is beautiful and the location can't be beat. It's so easy to walk next door an enjoy the amenities at the Grand Wailea or pop over to the Shops to grab dinner. This really is paradise!!

Penthouse J505
We stayed in Penthouse J505 which was amazing because it is the top floor with the best views. It was a 3 bedroom spacious condo that had everything we needed . We were very comfortable and had a wonderful vacation. Wailea Beach Villas is directly across from The shops at Wailea. Which is just steps away from dining and restaurants. You would think staying at a hotel next door it would be a close walk but with the properties bring so large it is quite a walk . We will only be staying at Wailea Beach villas in the future and if available the specific condo Penthouse J505. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the grounds and pools are absolutely PRISTINE!!!! We also loved the gorgeous beach walk

Family Trip
Rented 2 villas for our family. We are returning guests. Spacious, well equipped and maintained. Pictures are accurate. One of ours was just updated with all new furniture, kitchen appliances and artwork. Located on the beach next to the Grand Wailea and across from the shops @ Wailea. Perfect for a family of 4. It's a great value compared to booking 2 hotel rooms.

Incredible View. Great Location.
Had a great stay at Wailea Beach Villas. The ocean view was incredible. Also the location was perfect. Easy access to the beach and pools. The adults only pool was never crowded. Also we were in close walking distance to the restaurants at shops of Wailea.

Private Top Rate Stay
This villas sit between two very nice hotels with wonderful dining, and amazing views. The adult pool is private, clean, and sits next to the beach surrounded by flowers. Our unit was top rate, clean, beds are comfortable, parking is easy with a nice workout gym. Staff greeted us with fresh Leis (flowers), cold water and then took us by golf cart to "show us" our assigned parking spot and our room. Top rate to find such a private location stay that's quite but within walking distance to the best shopping and fine dining in Maui. Pick a unit with the ocean view and you won't be disappointed.
