The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui

Amazing experience, one of the best massages I have ever had. Everything was spectacular. The spa village is massive, quiet and with a nice swimming pool. The crew are superbly polite and friendly and they know their art - I tried Thai Fusion massage and will come back. Definitely recommended!

We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Koh Samui for our anniversary, and it was truly a remarkable experience from the very first moment. The personalized service (N'Pupae) was exceptional—our personal butler took care of us throughout the entire stay, always attentive and ready to help. Every staff member paid close attention to details. They remembered which room we stayed in and the purpose of our visit, and they thoughtfully prepared a surprise cake and meaningful gifts to celebrate our special occasion. What touched us most was their genuine care—when they found out how much we loved a particular item from the hotel, they even arranged to send it to our home after we checked out. The resort itself is stunning—peaceful, luxurious, and beautifully maintained. Despite the tranquil atmosphere, there were plenty of activities available, so we could spend the entire time within the hotel without ever feeling bored. It was an anniversary to remember, and we are deeply grateful to the amazing team at The Ritz-Carlton Koh Samui. Truly one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had.

We spent five days with my husband and our 10-month-old baby, and the entire experience was incredible. However, I must take a moment to highlight the spa service. I chose the Coconut Flow massage, and I couldn’t be more grateful for it. The massage was not only pleasant and professional but, most importantly, incredibly relaxing—just as a vacation in Thailand should be. I can’t imagine ending my trip without having enjoyed this wonderful experience.

An incredible afternoon at the spa! My husband and I got the coconut oil couples massage that was equal parts relaxing, hydrating, and refreshing. After the massage we were treated to our choice of relaxation drink and snacks (we went with ginger tea, shrimp chips, and banana chips). Saow Bew and Arifah took great care of us and gave us incredible Samui suggestions for the rest of our stay on the island.

I cannot review the Ritz Carlton Koh Samui highly enough. It’s such a special place, a beautiful location with amazing facilities, the most beautiful pool and so many additional extras like the daily “appreciation hour”, fire shows, and night market! But what tops it all off is the customer service, and special thank you to Ms Lucky and Mr Tunn for making our trip so memorable and special. We will never forget it, and are already planning our next trip!!
