The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui

I got the oil massage as a couple and it was great. First of all, the massage room is a single room, so it's good to get as a couple and it's a pretty place. And the staff are very friendly and the massage is very satisfying. I would like to come back during my stay at the hotel. Thank you so much. som,rose 💕

Amazing stay for our honeymoon. The ultimate pool villa is stunning and makes it hard to leave! The real gems of this hotel are the staff. Everyone made us feel so special. Rina and Saan in the spa are amazing. Rina’s massages are the best I’ve ever had! Beauty in Pak Tai is so kind. Everyone from the buggy drivers to housekeeping to the concierge went above and beyond to help us feel special. We loved our stay. Thank you!

This is a big shout out for Saharsha working at Sea Breeze Restaurant!!! Saharsha was very warm in his welcome, patiently heard me out on my preferences and then suggested a few cocktails I would like. He made one of the best Whiskey sours I have ever had followed by, Passion Mellow and finally Clover club. Each sip was flowing with refreshing and mesmirizing flavors and the fire show by the beach made our experiece so rich and relaxing by the beach side restaurant. I would like to thank Nino, Jam, Pawi, and Saharsha for making our anniversary evening so special! I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I came to know Saharsha was a Management trainee, he was very professional and courteous!

We have recently returned from a week at the Ritz Carlton and can only sing the praises of the wonderful staff. Chris - F & B Manager has a great team and we would like to thank Jeeb in particular - always smiling, always obliging. Beauty, Pong also deserve a mention but in all honesty all of the staff are kind and happy to help. The rooms were substantial and kept immaculately clean by Tean! The resort is huge but there is always a buggy close by to take you where you want to go. The breakfast buffet was varied and catered to most tastes. The egg counter wasn’t the best though and by the time they were delivered to the table, they were often cold. We ate at the pool bar on a few occasions and the food was good quality, however we chose to eat out each night to get a more cultural experience in local towns. It was easy to get a grab from just outside the resort. I would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
