Best Stay ever!!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at W Koh Samui was nothing short of incredible. The resort is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views, beautiful villas, and world-class facilities. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. A huge thank you to Gift, Natty, Andre, and Tony for their exceptional hospitality and for always going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Special recognition also goes to Chef B, Chef Manoj, Chef Ragz, Chef Oat, and Chef Wat. The food throughout our stay was outstanding, and their talent, creativity, and attention to detail made every dining experience a highlight of our trip. The service across every department was flawless, our accommodation was spacious, luxurious, and comfortable, and every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. Thank you all for making my sister's and my stay so special and for creating memories that we will cherish forever. We cannot wait to return to this incredible resort.

The service was amazing and very professional. Very polite and respectful which a great thing in making me want to return to the W Balln Tom was excellent and demonstrated a fine example of hospitality.

Visited The spa located inside the W hotel while staying here for a staycation. The message therapist name Build was very attentive. The strength and touch was just right. Feeling so relaxed afterwards. I opted for the massage and body scrub. I even did the sauna! Skin so smooth and glowing now.

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
