10/10. Will definitely be back. The Grand Hyatt provides great options for adults and kids, together and separately. The pool...wow the pool is incredible. Most of all, the staff, all of them did a wonderful job to make my family feel special and a priority to have a great time.

This hotel is perfect. The staff is amazing and kind. Great food options. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The grounds are beautiful. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent in Every Aspect
This may be the most beautiful resort I’ve ever visited. The gardens and accommodations both in the rooms and in the common areas are amazing. The restaurant food is delicious, and the activities, entertainment and shopping are top notch, You really don’t need to leave the resort at all to have a fabulous vacation.

The Resort of Your Dreams Made Real
The Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa sits within gorgeous, meticulously tended gardens that, beautiful as they are, cannot prepare you for the jaw-dropping view of Shipwreck Beach as you enter the lobby. And that's just the start of your stay. The breakfast bar (included in our package) beats any I've ever encountered in any hotel, anywhere. Though I have no specific employee names to provide, every single staff member we encountered could not have been more pleasant and helpful. You could easily have a grand time without ever leaving the property, but you're in Kauai so don't do that!

I spent a week at the Grand Hyatt Kauai and it is an exceptional hotel. The hotel looks like it was built into the side of a large hill on the Pacific. The service was excellent our entire seven days.
