All the times I’ve been to Vegas I’ve never gotten a chance to stay at the Bellagio. I finally made it there and it didn’t disappoint. We Took a short trip for the easter holiday. I’ve been to the hotel of course to sight see and enjoy their restaurants and all but never had the chance to stay. The Vdara, cosmo and mgm hade always won out. Rooms were nice and clean the staff was friendly it was Easter so the atrium was beautifully decorated. Very crowded around this time. This hotel is huge and even though it’s been around for a long time still beautiful at every turn. The buffet is still great and the pool excellent. Our room in the spa tower was quiet. We had a very good view. I even won a food credit from the Easter eggs they were giving out. We enjoyed our stay here and will return

The room was not ready when I checked in. I was told I would get a text message when the room was ready. This never happened. I checked back at 6:30PM and was told that the room was ready and they didn't know why I wasn't notified. I was offered no compensation or upgrade for my time. When I arrived to the room there was trash on the floor and several long human hairs plastered against the shower walls. It was clear that the room had not been cleaned.

Nothing compares to the Bellagio if you want the best of the best when you stay in Vegas. Everything on the property is exquisitely appointed. From the fountains, to the smell of flowers and hearing the piano when you walk into the door, everything here is exceptional! The room was spacious and the bed was comfy! The view of the fountains was mesmerizing! Everything you need is here, you don't need to leave the property. The restaurants are great and offer a wide variety of flavors and options. You can't go wrong!
