Tonia at the front hotel desk was fantastic. She helped me straighten out a problem with parking and was cheerful, professional and very good. The exact service I would expect from Ceasars.

Located in the heart of the Strip, Caesars always has a crowd. Not uncomfortably so, just enough to ensure it doesn't feel like a ghost town as some other properties do with tourism on the decline. The casino is massive with an incredible amount of machines to choose from. It is directed towards bigger spenders. They have tons of penny slots, but very few that require less than $1 minimum bet per spin.

My stay at Caesar’s was enjoyable mostly because of the customer service and staff throughout the property. Anisha the front desk receptionist started my reservation off with a smile and professionalism. She made me feel like a valued diamond plus customer even though I’m not.. I thought she was the manager because of how professional and helpful she came across. This lady deserves a raise and praise for her excellence

My least favorite casino in Vegas so far. Very smokey. Rooms are old, phone wasn't working, but it eventually got fixed. Booked as a new member with rewards, this was not honored at hotel. Stayed for a week putting things on my rewards card, including two games of poker, hardly accumulated to anything. Takes forever to get a drink playing poker...so eventually I left for another casino. I am one handed, very hard finding someone to help accommodate getting luggage to somewhere...had to ask like 5 people before I got help from someone. Only thing good about the stay was the pools...they have adequate space but hardly any service. Everything here is like 100% mark up. Been to cheaper casinos in the area. We are having the conference at the same place next year and I will probably stay somewhere else and walk.

The room was so cute. We paid the extra fee to check in early. We enjoyed the Omnia pool party. I liked the location because it was close to various spots to explore. Sam was so helpful and informative. She was patient and attentive. I would definitely return again.
