During my stay at the hotel, I was very impressed with the housekeeping team and the front desk staff. Their service was excellent, and they were always professional, welcoming, and helpful. However, my experience at the restaurants was quite different. The level of hospitality and service in the dining areas needs significant improvement. The wait times were much longer than expected, and on one occasion during breakfast, it took nearly two hours for my meal to arrive. I ultimately had to request my food to go because I could no longer wait. In addition, many of the restaurant staff seemed unfriendly and did not greet guests or provide a welcoming atmosphere. From a hospitality standpoint, I believe the restaurant operations would benefit from better customer service training and more efficient service to enhance the overall guest experience.

I give a lot of slack when traveling, but this experience was awful for what you pay. Customer service felt like all flash and no actual service. The guaranteed check-in time was a joke. We waited around for hours past their standard check-in time. We had requested items for the room ahead of time, and they never arrived. Overall, it was really disappointing. We were looking forward to our stay, but the experience fell far short of what you’d expect from a hotel at this level.

The worst hotel! Never ever go there! So far from the main strip and attractions! Limited bar and restaurants! Rude and unprofessional staff, they did not let me in to relax for a few hours at the pool after my check out !! Hotel security came with no sense of hospitality and harassed me…!! DO NOT STAY THERE NOT WORTH IT. Go to Wynn, it’s the best if the best! Maybe these useless hotel personal can learn a thing from Wynn

I have been here about 6 times now and every time I come here I leave with great memories. many of the girls in the VIP lounge treat me with great service and always provide fast service.

Fontainebleau is a PHENOMENAL resort/casino that screams luxury and wow-factor features and designs. If I had to recommend to my overseas friends to visit a true tourist vision of America... Las Vegas, NV, Fontainebleau Resort would be it, with matching aesthetics and foundation work Europe-wise. On May 21, 2026, at approximately 2330 hrs, I was intent on adding the military rewards silver card to my collection for a more efficient future trip and was greeted with radiating vigor with a touch of Lucy Liu. She made the process seamless and was very expedient and efficient. I was testing her with questions and she answered with a master salesmanship tongue that SOLD me on my NEXT STAY in Vegas. She has my highest praise. As a grateful military veteran guest, I thank you for your establishment's support of the troops. Please ensure this review is documented and forwarded to leadership for processing and noted in an upcoming annual review. Leadership should be proud of her. She is one of Las Vegas's finest in service and is a flagship model for your chain. I am excited about my return here. future edit in queue.
