Not worth it
Mandalay Bay has lost all its luster and its “wave pool“ is a complete joke now. There’s no wave to speak of like they’re used to be..it’s flat and uninteresting and unexciting, just like the rest of the hotel has become. What a shame. It used to be wonderful but now it is not worth staying at and not worth recommending to anyone. What on earth happened to you, Mandalay Bay?

I've been staying here since 2008. Tried different locations on the strip but I always rather stay at Mandalay.

Stay
We waited over 35 mins for bell hop to come up when checking out. We gave up and brought our own luggage down.

Clean, quiet rooms, bad shower, soft mattress
Staff was friendly. Room was quiet and clean. Mattress too soft, not enough support. Shower was terrible, temperature varies from very cold to very hot.
