Trump International Hotel Las Vegas

Hotel location, quality and rooms were very good. Service from staff was excellent. The shower was the worst I have ever had in a quality hotel.

Just finished our 8th 2 week vacation in 4 years. We appreciate the courteous staff, clean/safe resort, great pool and minutes to restaurants, shopping and casinos. 1 bedroom and studios are large with kitchens and nice beds. Thanks to Ernesto at the pool for great service. We are booked in Sept/Oct for another 2 weeks, see you there!

I would not recommend Hilton Trump Hotel to anyone based on my recent experience. I checked in on 15 May 2026 and checked out on 19 May 2026. At the time of check in, I was asked to provide a refundable security deposit of USD 500. I provided my debit card, and the amount was immediately debited from my account. I was assured that the deposit would be refunded within a maximum of one week after check out. However, despite repeated follow ups, I have still not received my USD 500 refund. This level of service is extremely disappointing. Guests should not have to chase their own money for weeks after checking out, especially when clear assurances were given regarding the refund timeline. I request the hotel management to urgently investigate this matter and process the refund immediately. I would also appreciate guidance on whom I should contact to resolve this issue and recover my money. Very disappointing experience.

The staff was very nice, professional, and shockingly happy. You don't often find employees who are happy to be at work, and God forbid, want to go to work. It was quite refreshing to see. The rooms, in my opinion, were unbelievably large and very clean, unlike some of the hotels I have stayed in, especially in Vegas. I like that there is no casino attached to it. Well worth the price. It was less expensive than the Strip casinos. If you like walking and getting your steps in, this is the place for you. It is not centrally located to things, in my opinion, but again, when you are in Vegas, you expect to walk. The atmosphere of the hotel is amazingly nice, quiet, and friendly. The amenities are like those of most hotels. I cannot vouch for all the rooms, but the one I was in had a kitchenette. I did not have the cookware, which apparently is due to Clark County codes. However, if you do need cookware, call down to the front desk, and they will make sure you get what you need.

We have stayed at the Trump property in Miami and it's wonderful so thought we'd try Trump Vegas. We were extremely happy with everything. Room was actually like a bachelor unit compete with stove top. Location was right across the street from The Fashion Show Mall and convenient to the Strip. Service was excellent in the hotel and dining room.
