I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is beautiful and the people that serve you at the pool area are extremely friendly and helpful.

Not worth the price. First, my room was shown as canceled (I didn't cancel it), and I had to call twice to clear things up. When I check in in person, I was given a disable person's room without telling me. the shower looks like the one in a community locker, with a dirty plastic shower curtain. I understand that it was designed for wheelchair. but for an able person, I want a nice glass door shower. While there was a coffee machine, you had to pay for coffee pod. $16 for coffee that you brew yourself. Come on!

$50 dollar resort fee, $16 dollar beer ,$20 parking , $30 ATM fee. Do these people who run these hotels just sit in meetings and strategize how to bleed guests? We expect to loose gambling but we loose just walking in the door

NON-ALCOHOLIC Soda 12 Small Water 14 Large Water 25 Energy Drink 14 Coffee 16 So there is no free bottled water and the $16/coffee in the room is a K-cup. $25 for a bottle of water in the room is offensive. We rented a cabana for $800. It was tiny and had no back flap and was completely open. The furniture was gross and sofa had no back pillow. Check in was awful. We booked 5 weeks in advance and called when booking to assure we have adjoining rooms. Called 3 times after booking to make sure. We called the morning of check in to make sure. Big surprise, when we checked in they had us on different floors. Staff was totally unwilling to do anything and were unapologetic about this. We didn’t give up and finally were given downgraded adjoining rooms. They offered nothing for the inconvenience, even when we asked. Nothing. Had several interactions with staff and many seemed totally miserable to be there. Flat, annoyed, monotone. Really not ok. Rooms are inexpensive but given all this, please stay away.
