One of the best hotel in London
A big thank you to all the Mandarin Hyde Park team. The quality of service was exceptional. All the teams were attentive to our needs.The quality of service was exceptional. Thank you to the concierges for their excellent advice, and to Kevin for his kindness At the breakfast, we'd like to thank Renato for being such an indispensable part of your teams at the breakfast. Aubrey's restaurant and bar staff were lovely too, and offered us service worthy of a luxury hotel (sorry i don't remember their name). Finally, we had a dream weekend and thank you again.

My stay
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near Hyde Park! The location is perfect — just a short walk from the park, which was ideal for morning strolls and relaxing afternoons. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always making sure I felt welcome. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with plenty of fresh choices each morning. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to London. Highly recommended!

Great experience I recommend
The experience was perfect super seamless, everything was done the right moment, I loved the lady who served me in the restaurant the 29 at 1 pm super knowledgeable and useful. The restaurant manager a tall man in the morning was really helpful and went extra miles to deliver me an oolong tea without telling me about it so I would like it to be highlighted. The team overall was super helpful and seamless thank you so much for the housekeeping team who deliver great!!!

A superb stay at Knightsbridge
Breakfast was the high point. Superb spread. The location is a big plus, we had lovely walks at Hyde Park. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Blaring horns at night was the only downside. Truly a memorable experience. Would like to repeat...
