Raffles London at The OWO

We have stayed at 5 star hotels throughout the world and Raffles OWO ranks with the best of them. The hotel has been renovated perfectly. It has every modern amenity and rooms that are perfectly designed, but the renovation retained the history and character of the building. But the building itself, its central location, and the amenities are exceeded by the service provided by the wonderful staff. While the staff are highly professional and trained to anticipate every need, the difference at Raffles OWO is that they also are appropriately friendly and unobtrusive, while still providing first-rate service. Many 5-star hotels have excellent staff but you feel as if they are always in the way. At Raffles OWO, the service is calibrated perfectly. Everyone we encountered at Raffles OWO went above and beyond in their work, from restaurant and bar servers, reception and concierge professionals, housekeeping, spa staff, doormen, and everyone else we met. Two staff members in particular who stood out were Dean Moody at the concierge desk and Matt on the butler staff. Both of them repeatedly went out of their way to anticipate our needs and both were able to answer questions about the hotel's history and services available to us. Finally, the physical beauty and location of the hotel are apparent from the hotel website, but you have to stay there to fully appreciate it. This is a remarkable place to stay and we will return.

OMG…this hotel has it all! Location, history and elegance. The bed is the most convenient I have ever slept on and the bedding feels like satin. Steps from Downing Street and just a few moments fromTrafalgar Square one one side and Parliament/Big Ben on the other and directly across from the horse guards. Where else can you enjoy a drink in THE spot that MI6 was born? The pool is breathtaking. The staff was there for anything needed. I can’t rave about OWO enough.

Where to start!!! Still dreaming of this hotel… If you are looking to have a fabulous hotel experience, best sleep, outstanding food, great location and amazing service, don’t hesitate to book this property. We were welcomed by Joana who was wonderful and showed us all the facilities of the hotel, had lunch at Saison and met Jordi and Africa who took care of us and our 1.3 year old baby. Had a fantastic meal in their beautiful restaurant. Met with Phoebe who was our butler and WOW… if you are planing any special occasion this is your super star! ⭐️ she helped with the arrangement of our niece 13 birthday plus she surprise me for my own birthday! Will remember this stay forever. Had afternoon tea in the drawing room and was amazed by the intricate pastries and lovely pianist. As the hotel it’s a masterpiece, Scarlet showed us the different suites and was amazed by the history and the way they managed to bring back the building while keeping so many original elements. The swimming pool was so relaxing after walking around London during the days. The location was excellent for us. If you are traveling with children, just across the hotel it’s the st James Park which is ideal for nice walks and seeing lovely animals. Westminster and the Big Ben are around the corner. By crossing the Westminster bridge there are so many activities including the Paddington bear experience and the London eye. In overall, I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a unique experience in London.

Tried to book online but fully booked. Turned up on off chance only 2 tables occupied. So clearly not fully booked. Sour faced staff member took us to our table. We asked for iced water told couldn’t have ice as it’s been a busy day. Guests on table next to us had it. Ordered 3 puddings to share. Was asked if we wanted them at the same time, we said yes please. First pudding arrived, french toast was dry and inedible even with its £20 price tag. After waiting a further 15 minutes asked staff member where other puddings were and for more water. No apologies just told to wait a minute. Puddings then arrived but no water. Told by manager French toast takes half an hour to prepare and cook. We didn’t wait that long so assume this had been ordered and cancelled by someone else. Have emailed with my comments twice but no reply. So very disappointed. Zero customer care.

A fantastic visit to the spy bar and drawing room/Guards Bar. Service at Spy Bar from the staff enhancing the experience was outstanding and cocktails were second to none. A final drink and bar food from Guards Bar taken in the Drawing Room was the perfect ending to a wonderful visit to Raffles OWO. Krina our host in the Drawing Room/Guards Bar was outstanding -professional, friendly and the standard of service from her was fantastic -she is a credit to your establishment and could not have asked for better service-she even organised a birthday plate for my friend that was just beautiful. Thank you Krina. The pianist/singer was so good and created the perfect ambience with a great playlist pitched perfectly for the surroundings. The club sandwich we also had was delicious along with a pot of tea to finish off the day. Raffles at OWO this is my third visit and we will be back :)
