You might still spot politicians enjoying a reprieve from Parliament at The Royal Horseguards. It began life as The National Liberal Club in 1884 and was commandeered by the Ministry of Defense during both world wars to headquarter the M15 and M16, Britain's secret intelligence organizations. After undergoing a full renovation in 2008, sparkling chandeliers and contemporary accents join the oil paintings and rich red and gold furnishings that still retain the air of Westminster.

What a wonderful stay! Where do I start. Beautiful hotel, smells Devine, fantastic service, and a location that’s hard to beat. A huge thank you to Milion, the doorman, who was an absolute star. He welcomed us warmly and shared so much helpful information about the hotel that made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s the people who make a hotel special, and Milion (and everyone else) certainly did that. We’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Royal Horseguards has a perfect location - you can basically walk to any important spot in central London in 10-15mins. The hosts were very helpful. The breakfast is very good.

the room had no natural light and the aircon did not work during my entire stay. break is good and the gym is decent, thats about it. Not a comfortable stay.

I stayed at The Royal Horseguards for 4 nights during my first trip to London. The historic hotel is in an absolutely perfect location- most major sights are walkable. The hotel was clean and all of the staff were kind and attentive. I want to give a shout out to Pervez— he is incredibly personable and you can tell he enjoys his job! If I’m ever in London again, I would absolutely stay here again!

Such a disappointment. Paid a fortune for the 2 nights in this perfect location hotel. Left in the morning for an entire day and when we returned home for the night we had to make our own bed. Go down to the concierge to get coffee pods for the room. When asked for clean cups we were told that we don’t have any room cups. Just restaurant ones. So we came up and washed our dishes too. Then they asked if we enjoyed our stay. Flat out said no and we would never come back. I asked if we were to pay extra for room cleaning and prepping. They smiled and said No sir. That’s all inclusive with your stay. Hahaha. Not!!! But they do apologize so politely without recourse TTFN London
