Excellent hotel. Very close to everything we wanted to do in London, all within walking distance. The hotel was immaculate and staff was extremely friendly. We would stay there again.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The location is so central and makes it so easy to get around London! The facilities were absolutely beautiful and the rooms are immaculate! Not to mention the cleaning services always make sure the room is clean and towels are refreshed! The staff are incredible and so welcoming! They are always checking if you need anything as well as giving great recommendations around town! To mention specifically Douglas Mchugh was absolutely amazing! He accommodated us so well and was so kind and helpful! Special thanks to him for making our trip to London so special! 100% recommend staying here! 10/10 all around!

We wanted to send a proper thank you following Geoff and Karen’s wedding at St Ermin’s Hotel on Saturday 6th June 2026, and specifically to highlight just how brilliant Claret Fernandez was throughout the entire process. As a photo and video team, we have attended over 300 weddings across the country, so we know very quickly when a venue team is operating at an exceptional level. Geoff and Karen’s wedding was one of those days, and Claret played a huge part in that. From our first communication with her, Claret was incredibly organised, clear, helpful, and genuinely lovely to deal with. Her preparation before the wedding made a massive difference from a supplier perspective. Everything felt considered, well communicated, and properly thought through, which meant we arrived on the day feeling fully informed and able to focus on capturing the wedding properly. On the day itself, Claret was outstanding. She was calm, professional, approachable, and completely on top of everything without ever making the day feel forced or overly managed. That balance is rare. The best coordinators are the ones who keep everything moving beautifully while allowing the couple and their guests to simply enjoy the day, and Claret did exactly that. What stood out most to us was how much care she clearly had for Geoff and Karen’s experience. As photographers and videographers, our priority is always the couple first and foremost, and it was obvious that Claret shared that same approach. Her attention to detail, communication, and support helped make the whole day feel smooth, relaxed, and genuinely special. We also wanted to say how impressed we were with St Ermin’s Hotel as a whole. The venue is stunning, full of character, and such a brilliant setting for both photography and film. Every member of staff we came into contact with was warm, helpful, and professional, from those welcoming guests through the doors to the bar and events team working throughout the day. It really felt like a venue where the couple, their guests, and the suppliers were all properly looked after. The whole experience was a credit to St Ermin’s, but Claret in particular deserves real recognition. She was fantastic before, during, and after the wedding, and made our job easier in all the best ways.

This was my third stay at the St. Ermin's and the service will have me returning. From the breakfast to the wine hour, the St. Ermin's goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. In particular, Nahid Yasin helped us celebrate my friend's birthday by sending treats to our room, which was a fun surprise and made us feel like valued guests. We look forward to celebrating our next occasion at the St. Ermin's.
