Disappointing Stay
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and were very disappointed overall. Although they had nice amenities (bar, rooftop pool, restaurants), the rooms and hallways were lacking. The beds felt like we were sleeping on an old lumpy mattress and they did not use fitted sheets. The water in our shower was always cold to luke warm and never hot. The electrical outlets were loose and constantly disconnecting our devices while charging. The hallways and bedrooms were in need of cleaning and vacuuming. The rooftop pool was decent but umbrellas should be provided for those that don’t want to be in the sun. The rooftop bar was never open during our stay which was disappointing as well. We have stayed at many Omni’s in the past but this was fell very short of our expectations, especially after paying around $350 per night.

Good but not Great
It was a good place to stay and centrally located. Its in a nice part of town but not consumer friendly. Not as upscale as I thought.

The staff was Professional and friendly. Hotel is clean and warm. Felt very welcomed. It’s a great location with fantastic amenities.

Omni Louisville Exceptional!
Have stayed with this location several times and it has always been a wonderful experience. The staff are very professional, the amenities are numerous, and the guest rooms are very comfortable. Our daughter lived at the Omni Residences which made it very convenient to the hotel.
