fab from start to finish
from the moment we arrived to when we sadly had to depart it was just super, the etting, the staff, the breakfast was amazing, pool / sunlounge service, could not fault.

Fantastic hotel with the best staff..
From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome..The rooms are beautiful & the hotel & pool area are gorgeous..All the staff are fantastic & so attentive..We had a small issue with our air-conditioning & within 5 minutes it was sorted..The Hotel is a ten minute walk to Puerto banús & a ten minute taxi drive to Marbella..I didn't want to leave & will definitely be back.. Thank you again to all the wonderful staff for making our stay so fantastic...

Lovely place to stay and really enjoyed the painting activity with the wonderful Daniela, after not painting for over 15 years the experience inspired me, amateur that I may be, to get back in to painting. Highly and thoroughly recommend giving this activity a go.

Stylish refurb with amazing service! Staff can’t do enough
We recently stayed at this beautifully refurbished 5-star hotel and were genuinely impressed from start to finish. The refurbishment has been done to an exceptionally high standard — elegant, modern, and full of thoughtful touches that really elevate the experience. Every detail feels carefully considered, from the stylish interiors to the comfort of the rooms and the overall atmosphere throughout the hotel. What truly made the stay stand out, however, was the service. The team manages to strike the perfect balance between being professional and attentive while still maintaining a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere that makes you feel completely at ease. Nothing ever felt forced or overly formal — just genuinely warm hospitality delivered effortlessly. A special mention must go to Victoria at the bar, who was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. Friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, she made every visit feel special and is a real credit to the hotel. Her service and positive energy added so much to the overall experience. This hotel clearly understands luxury hospitality and attention to detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined yet relaxed 5-star experience.
