Outstanding Hotel
You will love this Hotel- Access is fantastic. The room with view to the Garden are amazing, Room and extraordinary and very well kept hotel. Did I mention it is very quiet? well it is you will sleep fantastic!

Camino Real Polanco Mexico
A 5star hotel in the premium neighborhood of Mexico City. We felt 100% safe in the Polanco area and walked on foot late in the evenings and early mornings. Not speaking Spanish was a bit of a disadvantage, but most of the business owners in the area were either fluent or we could get by with English and hand gestures. It is fairly expensive in this area and the food options are very international, but we found a couple of gems close by.

Wonderful Location and staff
I was very impressed at the overall stay. The pool was wonderfully warm, location was very easy to access and quick to get about any parts of town. I felt safe the entire time and I really enjoyed the property. It had a very luxury feel, the lobby smelled nice and the staff was wonderful. I have to say, though, that the bed did not suit my sleeping habits. I woke up every morning with a sore lower back. This is primarily due to me, needing a very firm mattress, and the mattresses were much more on the soft side. I would happily stay here again. We used the club level every day as part of our specific rooms stay and I believe it was a very important part of our stay. We didn’t have to think of what to do for breakfast or snack snacks in the morning and it was a nice spot to unwind on the couches and watch some TV in a space that was not our room.

Great location but property needs remodeling
The location of this hotel is great, walking distance from business district of Reforma and restaurants and shops in Polanco. The hotel is in desperately need of a remodel; carpet in the hallways and rooms is old and dirty. Gym is very small for the number of guests, and in the mornings you will likely have to wait to use any equipment or even the free weights area. Staff is very attentive and helpful and would deserve a 5 star rating.
