Just love this hotel so much. This is our third time there and I cannot see myself staying anywhere else. So love the concierge team so much. Shout out Julio, Erik, Max, Vane and who can every forget Diego! They are just the most amazing people and just so at the top of their game. I think they make this hotel so so special! I only left last week and miss them all so much. Diego is so funny and knows all the local spots. Julio knows just about everything from high end to local and he can fix anything. Vane is so sweet and so helpful. Just loved getting guidance from her. Max can get you into the most impossible places that any normal person cannot just reserve. With that this is the place to stay! You stole our hearts! R & R

From the very first moment we landed, our Sofitel experience felt like a warm embrace. Jasson, our driver, greeted us with such genuine kindness that it instantly felt like coming home his warmth set the tone for an unforgettable stay. He's always our driver on our visits and I would not want anyone else! Upon arrival, Eduardo at check-in welcomed us like old friends, remembering us from past visits a touch of personal care that made all the difference. Exhausted from travel, we were whisked up to the Club Lounge, where teh incredible team treated us with such grace and attentiveness that we immediately relaxed. Our room was elegant, spacious, and impeccably designed, but the true magic happened in the lounge. There, we met Julian, who crafted us the most perfect micheladas—a small moment that became one of our trip’s highlights. His skill and charm turned a simple drink into a core memory for us. The team (Sofia, Andrea, Frida, Tomas and Samantha) just made us feel so welcome every single day. I never wanted to leave the lounge! Every day we'd chat to the concierge team so much because they are just awesome. Diego is so funny we love him so much. He knows the local hidden gems that will make you feel like you are Mexican which is what I wanted to feel on my travels. The food and the heart. He knew where to go. Erik was another one that we just loved to bits. He's like a friend but also you can see that he'd belong in any high end luxury hotel, he's such a high end professional. He is taking the Sofitel up into the luxury space just with his presence. Another we loved was Vane. Omg she's just another amazing person. Loved speaking to her and her advice and tips. Max managed to get me a reservation somewhere I never thought I'd get into. He has his tricks. We actually feel sad as we miss them all so much. In two visits to the hotel we just fell in love. Then came my birthday and oh my god did Sofitel deliver. The concierge team transformed our room into a celebration, decorating it beautifully and surprising me with an array of local delicacies to savor oh and the second cake yuuuummm. And the main cake? The Club Lounge team presented me with the most divine birthday cake I’ve ever tasted—I’m still dreaming about it! I want to cry even thinking about it as it was so just special. When you get to my age you give up on birthdays but they changed my mind. Also a shout out to Charly as he helped us on our second arrival and was great getting us water and making sure we were settled. It was spot on! This isn’t just a hotel; it’s a place where every team member goes beyond service to create connection. From Jasson’s radiant kindness to Eduardo’s thoughtful recognition, Julian’s mixology magic, and the concierge and lounge teams’ unforgettable surprises. Sofitel Mexico City made us feel celebrated, cherished, and utterly spoiled. Already planning yet another return visit!!!

Good Hotel. Luxury-ish but the check in and check out was not a great experience. Enjoyed the pool and gym. Many pilots and flight crews stay here. We were here for a group event and the hotel simply could not figure out the right billing, which is not a great way to start the trip.

Exceeded all expectations! Gorgeous views of the city and the Angel. Service was perfect! The room was luxurious, spacious and high tech! The food / drinks were fantastic on property Diego the concierge went above and beyond to make reservations and recommendations for our stay! We will definitely be back soon.

The best hotel experience from start to finish! We absolutely could not love the Sofitel more Our room 3707 was beautiful The club Millésime was perfect for drinks and snacks throughout the day The Cityzen rooftop has the most spectacular view of the city The service here is unparalleled Some of the amazing staff include the concierges Diego and Fabian and Max Julian at club Millesime was extremely gracious and gave us his recipe for a Michelada:) We could not be more impressed with the service These are the kindest most gracious people you will ever encounter and the hotel is simply stunning! Mexico City is incredible vibrant and full of wonderful experiences We will be back!
