Hotel AKA Brickell

Accommodation and service were great! Specially Corami from reception and Paul, the valet were very nice to me and helped me with all I needed. Also the room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was good and the view from the balcony wonderful! I really like the experience here!

The hotel is very nice and clean. The people are very friendly and you have a beautifull view. The parking service is a 10 always very friendly and having a good small talk. They are 24/7 at the front of the hotel. Especially Jorge helped us a lot is a very kind and friendly man. I will recommend this hotel!!

This is my second time at AKA Brickell. One of the most beautiful hotels you can stay in Miami. Perfect location in the heart of the financial district. Rooms are beautifully designed and whether you are on the ocean or city side the view is stunning. Amare restaurant with views over the bay is the ideal spot for happy hour and dinner. The full size outdoor pool is great for relaxation. The full size gym equipped with technogym lets you get in a proper workout. Bedrooms are excellent size and quiet with super comfortable beds. But what makes it stand apart is top notch service at all points. Alzize welcomed me on May 12th in the evening and provided me with everything I needed. I felt like a long time client with all the care and attention. The valet team of Elijah, Eduardo and Alexis provided lovely service and conversation while they retrieved my car. Highly recommend.

Our stay here was phenomenal! Check in was smooth and welcoming. The room was clean and better than what we expected. The service was great, down to the valet service. Thank you to Elijah who contributed to an easy checkout! We will definitely be back again!
