3 days of site seeing. The Tivoli President Milano Hotel provided a great departure point to Milan Cathedral, Sforza Castle, Sempione Park, shopping, eating, and other points of interest. The Tivoli staff was extremely helpful and attentive. A nice place to rest your body and mind!

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay: beautifully presented, rich in choice, and constantly replenished with fresh products. Every morning offered something different to enjoy. The breakfast staff was wonderful, welcoming us each morning with a smile, great professionalism, and genuine attention to every guest. We also had dinner at the restaurant and were impressed by both the quality of the food and the attentive service. In the evening, the bar provided a lovely atmosphere to unwind, and the cocktails were expertly prepared. A sincere compliment to the entire team for their professionalism, warmth, and attention to every detail. A truly exceptional breakfast experience and one of the highlights in Milan. The quality, freshness and variety of the food were simply outstanding. Every morning offered an impressive selection of products, beautifully presented and constantly replenished by an attentive team. The choice was extensive, from fresh fruit and savory options to excellent pastries and baked goods. As someone who is absolutely passionate about bread and bakery products, I was particularly impressed by the homemade bread, which was genuinely special: fragrant, flavorful and clearly prepared with great care and expertise. The breakfast room itself creates a wonderful atmosphere: intimate, elegant, exclusive, cozy and impeccably maintained, it feels refined without ever becoming formal or pretentious. It is the kind of place where you genuinely enjoy taking your time in the morning! What truly elevates the experience, however, is the breakfast team. Gilda, Ilda, Alice, Ilari, Lara, Amir and Samuel are simply exceptional. Warm, attentive, gracious, elegant and genuinely customer-oriented, they anticipate guests’ needs with natural professionalism and kindness. Their attention to detail, sincere hospitality and constant smiles make every breakfast feel special and memorable. Everything was delicious, beautifully organized and executed with remarkable consistency. A spectacular experience from beginning to end. Five stars without hesitation! Highly recommended.

My stays at the Tivoli President Milano Hotel are always absolutely wonderful. Viara, the Guest Relations Manager, consistently goes above and beyond to make each visit truly special and memorable. The exceptional service extends across the entire property—the front desk team, the doormen, and housekeeping are always flawless and attentive. The hotel has such a warm, inviting environment that I feel completely at home every single time I return. I cannot recommend this property enough!
