We've had the beautiful opportunity to stay at some of the best properties around the world and this hotel rates up in our top 3. From checkin to checkout, their attention to detail was amazing!! We didn't want to leave!!!

Stayed May 2026 for a milestone anniversary. Service, food, location, all exceeded my expectations. Dined at the fine dining and contemporary restaurants along with their dedicated bar. Spa massages were best I’ve had on any continent. The location, while fantastic for sightseeing and metro locations gets clustered being in the heart of the city. Would and will gladly come back.

I spent a couple of nights between Christmas and Newyear. It was an amazing experience. First of all the Christmas decoration is just beautiful! I felt welcome in the hotel from the first minute. I was slightly disappointed by the room which I felt was not that big and a bit sad, the decoration could be more cosy. The bathroom was however very very nice. The breakfast was amazing but why limiting choices for Globalist member? That felt a bit stingy. The Spa is very nice, got massages that i really enjoyed. The jacuzzi was really nice. The gym was good too. The location of the hotel is perfect close by what you need to see in Milano. The service is at a good level and the staff attentive. The premise is elegant and modern. No complains. Thank you for a nice stay

Absolutely outstanding hotel experience, way above expectations, even when factoring in the price. Staff is very courteous, professional, attentive. From bellhops who have been outstanding from arrival to departure, to front desk staff, breakfast staff. The fresh flowers (calla lilies) in the room were a very nice touch. These are spacious, well appointed rooms, with a high ceiling. The hotel accommodated our connected rooms request with no fuss, despite the rooms being on separate reservations and one made with points. The breakfast excellent as well, very well presented and high quality. This hotel did feel with us way above the typical 5-star hotel in Europe. Also the location is perfect, lots of things to do just walking out of the hotel, near the Duomo.

Spent 1 night at the Park Hyatt Milan in early May (after a few days in Lake Como before flying back out of MXP) and it was a great way to end our trip. The location is so perfect and ideal if you only have a short amount of time and want to be "in the middle" of it all--it's steps away from the Duomo/galleria--such that it's basically in a pedestrian-only street and you have to get help from the front desk making sure your uber knows where to go to pick you up! Was celebrating a special occasion and unfortunately didn't get a complimentary room upgrade for our 1 night, but they did provide a welcome amenity. Room itself was small but worked, and the bathroom was quite spacious and luxurious. Bathrobes were incredibly soft; I wish I could've taken it with me! Weird observation but the toilet room/water closet didn't have its own light switch (at least I couldn't find one) so that was bizarre to me. Comfy bed/pillows and although we were only on the second floor, the room seemed pretty soundproof to any outdoor noises. Concierge was super helpful ahead of time as I'd emailed them a bunch of questions, they were very responsive. We didn't have any meals at the hotel because we only had 1 day/night there, so can't speak to the food, but the restaurant space itself looked lovely. Concierge helped arrange a private walking tour for us which was great, and super customizeable as I needed it to start really early (8am) due to a flight departure. Overall I'd absolutely return here in the future if/when I return to Milan--the location was excellent, the service was great, and everything felt very lux and elegant. Great use of Hyatt points.
