Hotel Omni Mont Royal

My husband and I stayed at the Omni while on a week-long trip to visit family. Right from the start their service is proactive and attentive. Even with a completely full house for the Grand Prix, they managed to find a fan for my husband who can't sleep without one. The room was well-appointed with probably the comfiest hotel bed I have experienced (and I travel constantly for work), and thoughtful touches like Nespresso coffee pods instead of the usual low-bar hotel room coffee. The restaurant and bar were both excellent, and there are high-end touches throughout that elevate the experience. Do be aware they don't have a pool or jacuzzi--my one single disappointment was that they closed that years ago and because it's mentioned in some earlier reviews I hadn't realized, which is not the hotel's fault. But all of the amenities are excellent. We will surely be back!

Very friendly service. Rooms are very clean. I asked for some extra towels and someone was at my room in less than 5 minutes.

Our stay was disappointing due to several issues. Despite no “Do Not Disturb” sign, our room was not cleaned. The AC malfunctioned, requiring manual resets every 30 minutes, leaving the room hot and stuffy. When we contacted the front desk, we were informed that housekeeping was unavailable at night, and only fresh towels were provided. An AC technician temporarily resolved the issue, but it recurred shortly after. Overall, the service did not meet our expectations.

Our family of four shared a one bedroom suite. The bathroom was spacious, the room was clean, and there was plenty of space for the four of us. My teenagers shared the pullout sofa. Although one of them could have slept on the oversized settee in the bedroom. We were welcomed with a gift basket with sunscreen, snacks, and face creams. Plus earplugs and a poncho for the F1 race (weather). Appreciate the bottles of water each night as well. Location is great, near highly rated restaurants, and great shopping a couple blocks away. It was a truly exceptional stay!
