Reviews for Hotel 10

Big room

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 8 hours ago

2 nights stay after 7 nights cruise, got taxi from train station . Area was studenty so busy with lots of bars and caffès. Staff friendly enough as we checked in, our room was a good size but a little worn and in need of a freshen up especially if it says it’s a 4 star. Downtown modern Montreal was about 10 minutes walk away with old town and vibrant port area a further 10 minutes walk away.

Reliable and good value hotel for Montreal

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 9 months ago

We come to Montreal regularly and often stay at this hotel for his location, pricing. It is located near st Laurent . There is good food within walking distance and valet parking is available. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are comfy and bath linens and amenities are decent.

Do not recommend-cleanliness and service a problem

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 11 months ago

A waste for 300$. The room was dusty. The bathroom door was always getting stuck and hard to open. Furthermore, it was stained with yellow disgusting stains like an old yellow door taken from a smoking room. The bathroom fan didn’t work. Plus, the photo of the building you see is misrepresenting of the hotel facade as its the building next door, not the actual hotel. We thought we were staying, like stated, in a building that was once part of the Musée des beaux-arts de Montréal. Not at all. Lastly, there is ONE valet on a Saturday at checkout time for everyone. WE WAITED OVER 40 minutes to get our car. We had to shorten our visit in Old Montreal because of the lack of service. I forgot my hair products. My bad. But I called and they were nowhere to be found… housekeeping isn’t reliable. A stressful and frustrating visit. I don’t recommend this hotel!

Nice but too expensive for what you get

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 11 months ago

Too expensive for this type of hotel. Paying over $420 for a night in a classic room, without breakfast, is excessive for a hotel like this. Nice but not exceptional. Positive: - Canadian company - Good bedding and soundproofing - Pleasant, helpful staff - Reasonably priced on-site parking Negatives: - Restaurant closes at 2100 - Outdated equipment (no USB plugs) - Finishing for a boutique hotel
