Great holiday here once again...
Once again had the most incredible stay at the hotel with my boyfriend. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. A special mention to Juan Vidal, the assistant manager, who always goes above and beyond for us. The infinity pool was super as was the spa and gym. Food excellent, especially breakfast. We had club room access which added a special touch. La Cala is worth a visit for a special meal. Overall a superb holiday and we have rebooked 11 nights for next year. The room was lovely with views of the golf.

Fantastic Stay, Fantastic Staff
We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay here. Lovely hotel and facilities but the stand out for us was the staff. The reception staff could not have been any more friendly and helpful, the restaurant staff for breakfast were exceptional and the housekeeping staff kept everything spotless. We will definitely come back.

Great hotel bar team not up standard
Hotel is super clean modern and lovely, food and food service great. Unfortunately a recent trip has shown the bar service at Last Green and pool bar not to up to standard. Appear to have lots of staff around but no one actually serving you. It appears they regularly overcharge at the bar by adding on extra drinks you don’t realise they are charging for

Very Nice hotel but nerveus rushing waiters!
The Grand Hyatt la Manga is a beautiful hotel, very nice situated and three great golf courses each 18 holes, The only thing I don’t understand is the service in the various restaurants we visited all the restaurants and found the same problem in all of them. It seems that they are all in a rush; Fast Food is the common problem. We saked the waiters to take it easy and leave a space in between the courses, but even when we asked for a break the next course came within a minute of the last one, when we said we want a break the answer was but we waited a minute. Even in the Amapola restaurant we took the gourmet dinner and all the courses were served in a very speedy way, we asked for a break but that could not happen according to the waiter. During breakfast when you leave your table you come back and everything is gone and you have to ask for New cuttlery because it is all gone. The waiters also rush in the restaurants like they want you out before you finish.

If you want 5 star Hotel, spa, Golf courses, Golf practice fascilities, cleanliness ans Customer service look no furter, a fantastic four days golfing.
