Everything was good but not great ... they nickel and dime you for everything.
This was our second time visiting Atlantis. We stayed at the Reef because we wanted the full suite and kitchen. The room was a bit dated and in need of a refresh. In fact the our entire stay could be summed up that way. We felt given the premium pricing for EVERYTHING there and virtually nothing included for the price everything should have been nicer. The water park rides were consistently closed. There is little to no pool/beach wait staff and you have to go get and do everything yourself. There should be way more included activities. We couldn't even get a 1pm late check out. The staff was wonderful and friendly but I felt like we paid for first class resort and got more of an economy one.

Nice short vacation
Nice location and amenities, friendly staff. Loved the beach area at The Reef a lot of available chairs and space. My only complaint is the lack of waitresses and dining option in the pool and beach area.

Great family vacation with children of all ages!
Great courteous, friendly, professional staff. The restaurants were amazing w/ exceptional service. The food at Nobu was excellent with great managers. The Thai restaurant was also amazing with great servers. The grounds was for the most part clean. There needed to be a little more attention to detail; litter. Overall a great family friendly atmosphere and vacation. I highly recommend Atlantis for a family vacation. I would stay only at the Reef. We will return>

Nice!
Really nice. Room is not in perfect condition but it was still great. Great for families. Staff was exceptional. Food was so good! Pricey but expected that.

Reef for the Win!!
Had a great stay in the Reef, staff were great. Great Family experience during the day and plenty of adult fun in the casino at night!! Food was pricey but amazing!!
