Great Stay!
We decided to stay at the SLS for my birthday, my wife and I wedding anniversary, and first couple trip without our baby. The stay was amazing. The hotel service from the receptionist to the room service was great. Rico at the front desk was friendly, kind, and very informative. He checked us in and you would have thought he had been doing it for years but it was his first day at the desk helping guest. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Excellent Service and Experience with Sam’s at the Waterpark
I would like to commend Clarissa Robinson, Sultane Thomas, and LaKeisha, the manager, for the outstanding service they provided at Sam’s Crispy Chicken in the Waterpark. From the moment we arrived, they were professional, welcoming, and exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu. We were dining with a large group, and they patiently guided us through the available options, answered our questions thoroughly, and helped us make selections that worked well for everyone. Their attention to detail, efficiency, and warm customer service made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Managing a large order can often be challenging, but they handled it with confidence and professionalism, making the process remarkably easy for us. Baha Bay is fortunate to have team members of such high caliber. Clarissa, Sultane, and LaKeisha are excellent ambassadors for the organization, and their commitment to exceptional guest service did not go unnoticed. Thank you for helping make our visit such a positive and memorable experience.
