Hotel Lutetia

We had stayed at this fabulous hotel in February and had such a wonderful experience that we came back in May with our family. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect and the staff make you feel like royalty. In our many visits to Paris, we had never stayed on the Left Bank, but now because of Hotel Lutetia, we have found our home in Paris! Everything from check in to the Concierge, to the beautiful rooms, to the amazing spa to the delicious breakfast is top notch. But the best part are the people who work there. They are so kind, thoughtful, professional and do everything they can to make your stay perfect. Our gratitude especially goes to Victoria Clement, Guest Relations Director, who did everything in her power to make our trip to Paris at the Hotel Lutetia one we will never forget. She went above and beyond to make us happy and we were! She is the best!!! What a gem of a hotel, I highly recommend this hotel!

Brasserie review : great place with very good food, but what makes this place outstanding the other bars/hotels ? Well thanks to the staff that is really caring, friendly, and nice. Also, if you are looking for great cocktail, I recommend 100% this place ! Trust me you won’t be disappointed with the super barman Tarik (ask for him to make sure you’ve got the best drink)!

The Good: -comfortable suite with great amenities -beautiful interior/lobby -good location for shopping and dining -excellent hotel restaurant (try the crepes and French toast!) -staff were kind and helpful (thanks to the concierge who recommended Le Nemrod restaurant—short walk and excellent Croque Monsieur) Could Be Improved: -the staff seemed weirdly insistent on checking to see if we needed water or coffee pods. While I appreciated this, later I needed to put the Do Not Disturb sign on when I wanted to nap because they come by multiple times in an afternoon -the bathroom was a bit small and had little counter space for our toiletries I would definitely stay here again. As a very sage waiter said on our last morning “Ah, but you must leave so you can come back, non?”

Stayed a couple of nights here - and the hotel more than delivered. From the moment your cab arrived at the hotel, multiple doormen would come to take care of you and the luggage. The concierge desk was very helpful in providing recommendations and securing tickets for museums which was essential to avoid the long queues. They very kindly upgraded us to a balcony room, which looking back should be the room to book at a minimum. The balcony view was lovely and we enjoyed lounging there very much. Breakfast at the brasserie with the semi-outdoor seat was quintessential, the spa area was great and the indoor pool was long enough for a swim. During our stay we also visited Rosewood (v briefly), and you could tell MO operates at a level above in terms of services (as per our experience in HK). Absolutely loved the location here as well, great neighbourhood and there are just so places you can walk to in under 15 minutes. 10/10 hotel for us.

Everyone from the staff is a professional providing service following high standards of hospitality. Our dinner in le Saint Germain 10/10. Daily breakfast in the brasserie was amazing , the service so quick. Concierge contacted us for preferred time of cleaning the room from housekeeping and that make every guest feel appreciated and comfortable. Highlighting the atmosphere and the service , while the taste of cocktails was super , in bar Josephine . Well done to Lou from front office who welcomed us with warmth . Overall an excellent experience!!
