The view from the two rooms I saw, on both sides of the building, is phenomenal. Check-in was easy and help with bags was offered. The design of this hotel is exceptional with each detail carefully thought out. Cabinetry in the room was beautifully fitted, the colors are rich, and details like lighting, adequate charging ports etc were all there. My two complaints about the room: I could hear noise from the top floor club from my floor 13 room late Saturday, and the larger rooms need a desk. I struggled to do any work in the room. The lobby could also be more welcoming…seating is hidden and not super comfortable/too low, and the bar does not appear to be staffed all the time. Breakfast and room service food quality was ok, not great. Service everywhere was a bit mixed. Some staff were fantastic, welcoming and helpful. Some were standoffish and did the minimum. For example when we checked out, no help was offered to take heavy bags down steps. I would definitely recommend the hotel, the location and view make it a standout.

This is a very nice hotel, modern, clean dnd well run. The rooms are smaller but adequate space. I have stayed in several hotels in Paris, and in general rooms are smaller, so this is the norm I guess. Very friendly staff with smile on their face. The only minor negative that I would share, is that at entry, there are couple of steps and nobody volunteered to help with the luggage at check in or check out, even though they were just standing and chit chatting.

From start to finish the staff and hotel were simply amazing. So friendly and accommodating. We really like the location for its wonderful views of the Sienes and the Eiffel Tower. Its very close, walking distance to Notre Dame. Shopping across the bridge. Excellent cafes and boulangeries. Bonnie, restaurant on the 14th floor, bar on the 16th floor, offers stunning views. The food is well prepared and delicious. Rooms are well appointed and offer details one would expect from such a well managed hotel. Roomy and offer additional luggage racks. Towels were a bit of a challenge as we asked for more. Two is not enough IMO. Just a note to management. The bathrooms were large. Property is well maintained and overall we enjoyed our stay so much we plan to return on our next visit to Paris.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Perfect location within 100 m of the Seine. Delightful rooms and a restaurant that has the absolute best view in Paris. But more importantly, from check-in to check out the service was flawless And that means the bellman on the way in and on the way out who took excellent care of us. Reception was very warm and welcoming, thank you Kevin, as well as the concierge and guest services. The waitstaff at the restaurant were smooth and efficient despite at times having to manage a busy restaurant as again it has a spectacular review with terrific food. Of course, there’s also the hostess at the top floor bar, who makes everybody feel welcome and special. Even when there was one minor issue, not even worth mentioning, we were at breakfast the following morning and someone from guest services sought us out to ask about the issue and see what they could do to make us happy. Simply the fact they looked for us shows they really care and I am certain management continues to watch over every detail of this operation Once again, it’s a great hotel, but the outstanding service is really what makes a great stay!

We selected this hotel based on view, from the description and pictures on the Internet I expected a more panoramic view. We booked a a panoramic studio, the highest room below a suite. We expected to see the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. I was disappointed to only be able to see the Eiffel Tower from the bathroom not at all from the room. They were unable or unwilling to move our room until the next day, very disappointing.
