Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like valued customers. The valet greeted us, the front desk, even the housekeeping staff warmly greeted us. All of the employees we encountered were personable and engaging, they took an active role in assuring we had a pleasant stay. The location can't be better for a sporting event or concert. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Stayed here on a quick business trip. Good location for downtown Phoenix. Very walkable to shops, restaurants, and businesses. Nice rooftop pool area. If I had to return for to Phoenix for work, I might stay here again.

We stayed at the Kimpton for a long weekend getaway after a particularly busy stretch and couldn't have been happier with our experience. We were celebrating a belated birthday, exploring Phoenix, and preparing for an early morning hike up Camelback Mountain, so having a comfortable and welcoming home base made all the difference. We arrived a few hours before check-in expecting to simply drop our bags, but were pleasantly surprised when our room was already available. Even better, we received a room upgrade that made the stay feel extra special. The front desk team was genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, and a special thank you to Donna for the thoughtful surprise of chocolate-dipped strawberries delivered to our room. The hotel itself strikes a great balance between stylish and comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, appreciated having access to the full gym next door, and loved the little touches like the morning coffee service and evening cocktail hour. My husband and I travel quite a bit and are always looking for a good value, but every now and then you find a place that simply gets hospitality right. This was one of those places. We'll absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Phoenix.

Nice location downtown. Clean rooms, good service. Excellent staff. The organic teas are great. Nice pool/ bar area. I’m so happy we chose this place.

Our stay at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar in Phoenix was exceptional. We wanted a hotel near the Chase Field ballpark, which is a 15-minute walk away, but also found the rooms clean and comfortable, the food excellent and the staff friendly. If your journeys take you to downtown Phoenix, I highly recommend the Palomar.
