Fantastic Luxury Living

Perfect place for a holiday in Riviera Maya
We had a wonderful family vacation at Fairmont Mayakoba. Special thanks to Lesly, Isa, Keyla and Jessica from the kids club, Lisbeth from “La Cantina” restaurant and Angel, our favorite driver. They all contributed to make our stay unforgettable

Amazing trip and resort
This resort is beautiful and secluded. I loved being in the middle of the forest but also right on the beach. The rooms are very nice, cleaned twice a day in the casitas. Also when you stay in the casita you have someone assigned to help you. I believe the resort calls them e-butlers. Ours were Vanessa and Augustin and they were amazing! Always there to help, give us a lift around the resort, help with certain items we needed for medical equipment, booked our dinner reservations and our excursions. Highly recommend staying in the casita. The restaurants are all delicious and very accommodating. We loved everything about this resort and hope to be back one day!

We had an amazing 4-night stay at the Fairmont Mayakoba! Due to availability we had to pay for an upgrade to a casita and we were glad that we did, it was lovely and in a great location. Bottled water was plentiful and always available in the room. We enjoyed every meal we had and the breakfast buffet had every option available and was top quality! The resort staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The beach was beautiful and the beach side service was very good. They even came by and offered cucumber slices with a cool towel to rest your eyes, mango popsicle refreshments, both free and a very nice touch! We did not mind the golf cart service to the beach, which was a good distance from the rooms. They were easily found and it was a very pleasant ride as the resort property is a tropical jungle gem. The other highlight (not to be missed) is the on-property mangrove boat tour, again at no charge! Be sure to make a reservation for one of the morning tours, best animal viewing at that time. A great experience at the Fairmont Mayakoba!
