Celebrated a wedding with family and friends. The service was top notch. Each day our group of 80+ guest were taken care of better than any place we have ever visited in the world. Our pool team lead by Jorge Fernandez and servers, Paulina, Jesus, and Magda, made sure our spots were always kepted up with dry towels and made sure our glasses were never empty. Cecilia (Ceci) at Cantina Vi Ai Py made our dinner experience amazing!!! She clearly loves her job and her joyful personality was contagious! We didn’t even want to order our own food. She just brought out everything she suggested and let me tell you all of her suggestions were top-notch! We even asked her when she was working next because we wanted to enjoy her as our server for an additional night during our stay.

Xcaret Artistas property and hospitality were amazing! Spa was transformative. Favorite spot was the Rooftop Artistas pool—Paloma, Yahir, Mariana and Antonia took such great care of us there! Their attention to detail, friendliness, and warmth made our trip so special. Thank you Xcaret family!

What a stunning place with impeccable service! The food is perfect, drinks are fabulous, and the people who work there are phenomenal. I went with friends and we had an especially great time at the rooftop bar at casa de la piramide with Jasmine and Gustavo.

This was my second time visiting Xcaret Arte, and I can’t wait to go back in 2027! From the moment I landed in Cancun, everything was perfect. The Xcaret lounge at the airport is a great; they welcome you with a refreshing drink and a comfy seat while you wait for your shuttle. The shuttle itself is spacious, air-conditioned, and has a restroom onboard. Once you arrive at the resort, you’re greeted with a popsicle (tamarindo was my personal favorite!). The check in process was seamless; I stayed in Casa de la Música, and my room was perfect. The hammock on my balcony quickly became a daily retreat; I could lie in it for hours. The in-room jacuzzi tub was a dream after long days exploring. The resort is full of stunning art; I discovered something new every day. I averaged around 15,000 steps just walking around the resort. Speaking of getting my steps in, their gym is well-equipped with everything you need for a solid workout. They have gym towels, water, and agua fresca waiting for you when you walk in. It was a great way to start my day (and burn off the extra tacos I had the night before!). I loved that there was so much to see and do right at the resort; like, lounging by the beach, dancing at the speak easy (El Deseo), trying new foods, monkey encounters, kayaking and paddleboarding in the gorgeous turquoise waters, enjoy a nightly musical performances at Casa De La Música, have a spa day, take a workshop, and so much more! The resort can be as active or relaxing as you want it to be! From the warm and friendly service that starts the moment you arrive at the airport to the immersive art, beautiful ocean views, and endless amenities, Xcaret Arte isn’t just a resort, it’s an experience. I can’t wait to return!
