ATELIER Playa Mujeres

My husband and I just returned from 5 days in an Inspira terrace suite. The rooftop pool during the day was exceptional, including wait staff and pool attendants. Drinks were so good and the environment was so relaxing. Our butlers Carlos & Leyner were always accessible and so friendly and helpful with any request we had. We loved the mixology bar but found that to be the one place at the resort with the most mosquitos so take bug spray! Our favorite meals were at Los Abrazos, Cilento and Cala di Luna (don’t miss the shrimp rice…amazing)! We loved our day at the beach on the Bali beds and the Inspira space on the beach was worth the upgrade alone. We will definitely be back!

This was an amazing mother daughter trip! There's so much to do for everyone! The activity provides something to fit your dining option, relaxation options, daily activities allows you to choose an activity each day and it was amazing! The service and wellness attitude of the resort and staff far exceeded our expectations!

was extremely disappointed with my stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres. For a resort that charges premium prices, I expected much better service and overall quality. The customer service was awful. Many of the employees seemed uninterested in helping guests and gave the impression that they simply did not care about their jobs. Requests were often met with indifference, and the level of hospitality was far below what you would expect from a luxury all-inclusive resort. The resort is also significantly overpriced for what you actually receive. The facilities and service did not justify the cost, and the experience fell far short of the luxury standards that are heavily advertised. My biggest complaint, however, was the overwhelming artificial fragrance throughout the property. The hotel had automatic air fresheners spraying strong chemical scents in hallways, common areas, and around the resort. The smell was constant and overpowering. It caused me severe headaches and nausea throughout my stay, making it difficult to relax or enjoy my vacation. For guests who are sensitive to fragrances or chemicals, this could be a serious issue. Unfortunately, between the poor customer service, inflated prices, and the constant chemical fragrances, I would not return and would not recommend this resort to others.

This place never disappoints! The atmosphere, the food, & most importantly the employees that go above & beyond each and every time! I want to give a shoutout to our butlers, Carolina & Cesar — attentive, intentional, knowledgeable, & always making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay the best experience!
