The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos

The Ritz on Turks & Caicos does a great job in treating their guests as individuals and making sure their experience is unique and catered to them. We celebrated 2 big birthdays this trip and the staff was on it, finding ways to make both of the birthday guests feel special. Whether it was a simple cake and candles in the executive lounge or multiple happy birthdays from bartenders, wait staff, or bellman. Their chef, Freddy, at Casa Nonna went out of his way to make a dish that catered to my wife’s avoidance of onions. Even though the dish he prepared was fabulous, it wasn’t the original dish she ordered. So, 2 nights later at the other restaurant on property, Chef Freddy prepared his Ragu dish without onions for my wife and brought it to her table. The beach at the Ritz is unrivaled, but I imagine many of the beaches on the island are great. But, my wife and daughters took full advantage of the bar and food service available. Drinks and service were great, especially while soaking up some rays on a tropical paradise. The Ritz had a great reputation for service and their Turks & Caicos property was no exception. Great vacation.

Roldgina and the whole front staff is amazing! We genuinely feel like family every time we arrive. Roldgina went the extra mile this trip, we have been here over 6 times in the past two years and there is a reason we keep returning. We come here to decompress and we leave every time feeling relaxed.

Club Level Service From the moment we arrived, the Club Level service was truly exceptional. Andrico warmly welcomed us and introduced us to the incredible team. Esther’s positive can-do attitude set the tone for our entire stay, while Wildly’s expertly crafted cocktails and generous spirit made every evening special. Janiel, Claudjina, Raheem, and Yeiry were all absolutely wonderful — always smiling, genuinely caring, and clearly loving what they do. They made us feel incredibly special the entire week.

This was superb. The staff was kind and accomodating. Top Notch !!he food was delicious as were the drinks. The property was a little older but it was made worth it with the staff and amenities. Fantastic spa!! It was pricey but worth it. The beach at Grace Bay is best!

My family is still talking about our spring break in Turks & Caicos back in March. We are so glad we decided to stay at the Ritz. The accommodations are fantastic. Perfectly located on beach and walking distance to fabulous restaurants (Coco Bistro was a fave). The staff at the Ritz are what made our vacation so memorable. Hyacinth Cooke tended to my young son’s injury sustained at the pool and proceeded to go out of her way to help my son celebrate his birthday when she learned his birthday was approaching. She went way above and beyond. Her compassion was extraordinary! Latoya at Coralie ensured my child with celiac had plenty of food options. It was a thrill to learn they keep a fry machine for those on a gluten free diet. Latoya was so pleasant every single morning - we looked forward to breakfast and seeing her! Jean and Nick at the waterfront stood out because they were so willing to be helpful and make things as easy as possible for my family when down at the beach. Nick gifted our son a huge conch shell on our last day - what a souvenir! Everything about our 7 night stay was perfect and we cannot wait to return and see our friends at the Ritz!
