Had a great time by the pool, especially thanks to Moises Rodriguez. He kept the drinks coming by the pool.

Great meal, incredible service by Christian. The lamb was done pperfectly and consistent. Had it twice in one trip!

The hotel can use some upgrades. Night shows are fun but the sound system is horrible. The food is not at all good but there's a taco stand across the street that can save your life when youve missed good food. The room was nice we had a family suite it was cool, nice view, curtains where old and slightly burnt. Pools were cool, they can use a longer DJ time at the pool for the vibes but you only get one hour. The kids club looked amazing actually, my son didn't go but I can tell the man loves what he does, they had some fun looking activities. Oh and the elevators get stuck.

There is so much beauty going for this place. The scenery is lovely. The grounds are lush. The waterfalls add a tropical flair. But the food is the worst. Basically frozen food reheated or crappy meat cooked in sauces. Italian night was a standout & the guacamole is super yummy & fresh but those can't save the disastrous food. My husband & I both had stomach issues both while there & when we got home. The food will absolutely keep us from returning.

Armando Pérez from Restaurante Italiano was great very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was great, and he gave us great service. Definitely coming back.
