From the moment we arrived at Eden Roc Cap Cana, we knew this stay would be something special. The property is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning decor, lush landscaping, and incredible views around every corner. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. Our villa exceeded every expectation. Beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and incredibly comfortable, it felt like a private oasis. Waking up each morning surrounded by such beauty was truly unforgettable. What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service. Josenia, our pool waitress, was one of the highlights of our trip. From the very beginning, we connected instantly, and her warm personality, attentiveness, and genuine kindness made every day by the pool even more enjoyable. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile that made us feel like family. A special thank you as well to our butler, Melvin, who was nothing short of outstanding. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, coordinated every detail flawlessly, and made us feel completely cared for throughout our stay. Including our special anniversary dinner and flower set up in our room upon our arrival. Plus, i highly recommend the in room massages, one of the best we’ve ever had. The combination of world-class accommodations, spectacular views, incredible food and drinks, and a staff that genuinely loves what they do makes Eden Roc Cap Cana a truly exceptional destination. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. If you’re looking for luxury, relaxation, and hospitality at its finest, this is the place. 🌴✨

Having 1st visited in 2024 & experienced the wonderful hospitality of the Eden Roc Cap Cana team & the amazing property, we knew a return trip was in order. For this visit, we rented the Ocean & Golf so we could host both my parent's & my wife's parents & celebrate some big milestones. This 5 bedroom Villa offered us plenty of space for togetherness but also plenty of room for privacy. The villa had absolutely everything we were looking for, but if there was something we needed our villa team was on site or just a WhatsApp message away. A huge thank you to our guest experience manager Julianne Le Gall for helping us in the weeks & days ahead of our visit & while we were on property. Also we can't thank our butler team of Melvin, Hill, Andy, Juan E., & Juan M enough for your warm hospitality & for treating our 80+ year old parents like royalty. Thank you also to Chef Nicolas & the culinary team for some very well curated & delicious meals. Thanks as well to Felix at La Palapa, Miledys at Blu, & Leo @ Mediterraneo for all you did to make our visit special. Behind every outstanding teams is an outstanding leader. Seaweed was everywhere and made beach unusable . Very disappointing that they couldn’t get this under control . We couldn’t use the beach and the smell was unbearable . They apparently had a seaweed barrier that wasn’t working . Definitely avoid coming here, not a 5 star resort.

This place is literally heaven on earth, and I could not recommend it more. As part of our stay the hotel included a free airport shuttle which was incredibly useful, as the hotel is about a 20 minute drive from Punta Cana airport. We were staying in one of the suites, which comes with your own private golf buggy to drive around as the property is quite expansive. We aren't golfers but if you are, then this hotel is for you, as the hotel is situated between a lovely golf course. We spent most of our days lounging at the beach club or in the private pool in our room. It only rained one of the afternoons we were there. All of the staff at Eden Roc Capa Cana are so friendly and attentive, which we felt from the moment we checked in. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough, already dreaming of my next visit. It exceeded all expectations.

There were a lot of issues with this hotel, with the main ones the attitude of the staff and the falling apart unclean rooms. Our booking had a note for an upgrade subject to availability, which was included as part of our booking. When we arrived we asked about it and checked online there were rooms available in the next category for the exact same dates of our stay. However the staff was absolutely disgusting to us and lied saying that there was nothing available even though I showed her on my screen the next category suite that was clearly available for the duration of our stay. They were just lying and saying there must be something wrong with their booking system then etc and couldn’t care less. We weren’t upset about the upgrade but the despicable way the staff lied and treated us was unacceptable from the start. They ended up realizing they messed up and called us an hour after we got to the room saying continuing to lie and saying they were able to ‘unblock things’ and turns out there actually is the upgraded room available and they’ll clean for us.. it’s took at least 2/3 hours after that to get access to the new room. In addition to this, the ancient phone in the bedroom starting beeping incessantly in middle of the night at 1 am and continued beeping and kept us up until we unplugged and moved it out of the room. Lastly the rooms were extremely unclean and old, with ants and bugs crawling all over our bathroom floor, and in the bathtub. The outdoor furniture was all moldy and ripped and overall we did not have a good experience with this hotel and it definitely is not a 5 star experience.
