NH Collection Roma Giustiniano

We arrived in Florence on a Saturday and when our taxi pulled up to this magnificent hotel, we knew this was going to be the best ever. We were warmly greeted at the door and immediately the staff helped with our luggage. My husband and I ended up with a couple medical issues and they were sincerely concerned! If we needed taxi service they made sure to make arrangements.We were treated like royalty! Definitely will stay here again when we come back!

One of the worst and most overpriced hotels I’ve ever been to. The lobby’s outdated decor was matched by a foul stench! The staff’s incompetence was baffling, and their lack of interest was even worse! The breakfast was a disaster with stale bread, cold bacon, laying in oil, all four coffee machines did not function, and again the staff was completely unable or unwilling to provide a decent service!

We had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Roma Giustiniano and would gladly stay here again on a future trip to Rome. Michelle was truly the standout of our experience. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations, always greeted us warmly, and most importantly helped us during a stressful last-minute flight cancellation. She advocated for us and arranged accommodations that completely changed the situation from frustrating to manageable and comfortable. Her level of care and hospitality made a big difference in our trip. We stayed in a Junior Suite and found it very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The welcome treats and thoughtful touches were greatly appreciated after long days of exploring the city. The location of the hotel was also excellent. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, yet still close to great restaurants, shops, the Vatican, and many of Rome’s main attractions. It gave us the perfect balance of convenience and calm. Thank you again to Michelle and the entire team for making our stay such a positive experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome.
