The Byblos Palace hotel is a luxury location in the heart of Saint-Tropez and invites you to enjoy a magical and timeless getaway between Provence and French Riviera. Refined, exclusive, the Byblos Saint-Tropez (40 rooms & 50 suites) is a magical destination by itself: located in the very heart of the village. Each room and suite is uniquely decorated in a Provençal theme and are fully equipped. In the daytime, the atmosphere is calm and relaxed, yet in the evening, it transforms into an elegant and classically ‘Tropezian’ location. Live entertainment every evening. After dinner, end up your Tropezian day at our world renowned nightclub: Les Caves du Roy. Enjoy precious moments at the Spa by Sisley and Byblos Beach on Pampelonne Bay. Byblos offers also an outdoor heated pool and two fitness rooms.

50 EUROS,Yes 50 Euros for an espresso martini in the sky bar. Put off by the very high prices for food and beverages and at 1400 euros a night we had to organise and pay for our own taxi to the beaches which are 15 minutes away. To end on a positive note staff and hotel are amazing

This is an amazing hotel with an experience you will never forget. From the moment you arrive, the service is top-notch they have a range of restaurants from Zuma (amazing Asian fusion), Italian, such a beautiful cocktail area with live music by the pool. Of significant mention is the concierge service at the Hotel! Superb. They helped us find restaurants, arrange a boat service, and give us advice about beach Clubs to attend. They were extremely responsive to our emails. My daughter-in-law said to mention that the hotel smells really nice. Special Hotel. Would return.

We travel often and regularly stay at luxury hotels, so we understand that premium service comes with premium pricing. Unfortunately, our experience here felt misleading and deeply disappointing. We were specifically told that our transfer price included a short lunch stop along the way. Only after the trip did we discover we were charged an additional €300 for that brief stop — on top of an already extremely expensive transfer. The total cost for a 3 hour and 45 minute transfer was €975. To put that into perspective, during this same trip we booked three separate 8-hour private tours with private drivers through other 5-star hotels in France, and every one of those full-day experiences cost less than this transfer. Beyond the billing issues, we also dealt with multiple contradictory explanations from staff, incorrect charges, a bedroom AC that did not work properly, and a television that repeatedly malfunctioned. What was most concerning was the overall tone when these issues were raised. During our stay, we witnessed several other guests in loud disputes with hotel staff in the lobby, which suggested we were not the only ones experiencing problems. Had everything been explained honestly upfront, this review would likely not exist. We are happy to pay for excellent service. What we object to is feeling misled. Beautiful property, but the lack of transparency and professionalism completely overshadowed the experience.

The Byblos used to be the best. I am going since it opened- I was a student, then I brought my husband there. In 2022 I had an accident in the Byblos navette to the beach. The attitude of the hotel was and is abominable. I would tell everyone to avoid it at all costs. It is not the hotel that it once was- glory days are over. Very poor management has ruined this once wonderful hotel. I sent many people there over the years- no more.
