Hotel Emma is a boutique luxury hotel set in the old San Antonio landmark building built in 1894, originally known as home to Pearl’s Brewhouse. Meticulously refurbished to maintain the charm, history, and mystique of the 19th century brewhouse, the now luxurious hotel, a part of the Legend collection of Preferred Hotels & Resorts, is an elegant retreat for all visitors. Quaint guest rooms merge together the industrial grit of the former brewery, the aesthetic of southern Texas warmth, and the elegance of a luxury boutique hotel. Premium amenities, attention to detail and spacious accommodations will ensure a memorable stay.

Unbelievable great hotel and the best staff of any place I have ever stayed in a long time. Regrettably, Supper diner was horrible!

We’ve stayed at Hotel Emma at least six times over the past two years, and the service is always outstanding. That consistency is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. During our most recent stay, Walter, one of the bellmen, and Lucas from valet both provided exceptional service. Walter was thoughtful and welcoming, while Lucas was friendly, professional, and always quick to help. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Hotel Emma continues to deliver a level of service that keeps us returning year after year, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

We love going to the Hotel Emma and we love the AMEX specials that make it reasonable and affordable. We went for a night to meet a client for dinner and the service was as usual. Spectacular service. They anticipated our needs. We are always struck by the fact that they anticipate the guests requirements. We love the fact that there was a side pillow for side slippersin the closet, as well as a luxurious bathrobe and slippers would actually fit gentleman like myself who is 6 foot four. Unfortunately, Supper was slightly disappointing as the food was just a little off of its usual high standards. We wound up at Cafe Mun Chow across the street and we found out that they serve until 11 o’clock and so it’s usually a hard reservation to get at primetime being able to walk in was just vine. The ricollete cheese was amazing as was the steak and friets. Basically, it was a great weekend getaway
