Fantastic service and beautiful hotel
The hotel is in a perfect, quiet location on the RiverFront with just a quick walk to restaurant row. Rooms are big and comfortable. Absolutely impeccable guest services from the valet, to friendly front desk staff, and attentive serving staff at the bar and restaurant. Taral Myrikal at the front desk was wonderful and assisted us with a few requests during our stay. Will definitely be back to enjoy this hotel

Hotel Valencia for the WIN again!
This is the second time to stay at Valencia, and once again everything was awesome. From the minute we arrived, the service was excellent, with Tara greeting us with a smile and helpful information. The staff, the location, the aesthetics of the hotel.. You can't really beat it. We've stayed at over 10 different hotels on the Riverwalk, and this one is our favorite!

The Best Hotel in San Antonio
This is one of the most amazing hotels we have ever stayed at. From the moment we checked in we were pampered by the staff. Their true desire was to make our stay the best ever and they went above and beyond that! The rooms are beautiful. The hotel is perfectly located right on the Riverwalk. The hotel itself is top notch. All I can say is that we will not stay anywhere else while in San Antonio.
